Get café worthy coffees right at home with your own pumpkin spice syrup. Add this delicious syrup to your favorite blend of coffee, or even drizzle on oats, cookies, or whatever your heart desires.
Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- ½ cup (125 mL) sugar
- ½ cup (125 mL) water
- ⅔ cup (150 mL) pumpkin puree
- 14 oz. (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp (2 mL) pumpkin pie spice / Cinnamon Plus Spice Blend
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil and stir until the ingredients are well combined. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
