Flex+ Every Day in the Kitchen

The Flex+ Multi-Prep Set is a cordless tool that includes attachments for an immersion blender, a 6-cup (1.5-L) food processor, and a hand mixer.

Each tool is powerful on its own, lets you prep food anywhere, and saves storage space by replacing individual tools.

Here are a few of the ways a Flex+ will make meal prep better every day.

Easy Homemade Mayo

Mayo is the ultimate sandwich-enhancer, and making it from scratch only takes minutes. Start with room-temperature ingredients, add fresh herbs, or even make a vegan version!

Roasted Veggie Vodka Sauce

Pizza night is already great, but you can make it even better with a homemade sauce! Add the ingredients to a pot, blend with the Flex+ Immersion Blender attachment until smooth, then heat.

Mirepoix

Carrots + Onion + Celery = Mirepoix, aka the base that makes your favorite recipes even better. Pulse the veggies with the Flex+ Food Processor attachment fitted with the multiuse blade until finely chopped. Use right away or freeze and grab when you need a mirepoix for soup, pasta, or a burger!

Latte

No more waiting in line at your local coffee place. Pour ⅓–½ cups (75–125 mL) of milk, cream, or a mixture of both into the blender container of the Flex+ or heat your milk or cream in a separate cup. Blend with the Flex+ Immersion Blender attachment until the milk is frothy, 30 seconds. Pour over iced or hot coffee.

Fluffy, Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Mix eggs with the Flex+ Hand Mixer attachment until they’re foamy to get fluffy scrambled eggs! It’s a quick way to make a large egg bake because it lets you skip whisking eggs by hand.

Fresh Mango Salsa

Salsa isn’t just for chips—serve over chicken or with tacos!

Chimichurri

Looking for a sauce to liven up your chicken or steak? Put this together in 5 minutes and use it on everything!

Meatballs

If you’d rather not mix meatballs with your hands, we hear you! Use the Flex+ Hand Mixer attachment to mix all your meatball ingredients instead.

Grated Broccoli

When you want more veggies but less veggie taste, grate broccoli and sneak it into burgers, meatballs, or a pizza crust.

Mashed Potatoes

Get perfectly light, fluffy, creamy potatoes every time! An immersion blender releases too much starch from the potatoes, which makes them gummy. But a hand mixer lets you whip in liquid and fat without releasing too much starch.

Butter + Sugar

Creaming butter and sugar is the first step to awesome baked goods. Beat room-temperature butter with the Flex+ Hand Mixer attachment at a low speed to get the butter creamy and whipped, 30 seconds. Add the sugar and beat on high until it’s a pale ivory color that looks fluffy and feels like soft, grainy clay.

Cookie Butter

This cookie butter will remind you of fall bake sales, eating cookie dough off the scraper, and a fresh batch of cookies waiting for you after a long day. Add cookies and a little bit of oil or melted butter, then process until smooth with the Flex+ Food Processor attachment fitted with the multiuse blade. Serve on fruit or eat it plain.

Cauliflower Rice

Skip pre-grated cauli-rice and make it with the Flex+ Food Processor attachment in just a few minutes!

Shredded Chicken

If you want to make shredding chicken a breeze, here’s how you do it: Remove the skin and bones from your chicken, put the meat in a large mixing bowl with a bit of water or stock, and shred away with the Flex+ Hand Mixer attachment.

Milkshake for 1

This is the ultimate way to treat yourself. Blend a few scoops of ice cream and a splash of milk until smooth with the Flex+ Immersion Blender attachment.

Homemade Pizza Sauce

Pizza night is already great, but you can make it even better with a homemade sauce! Add the ingredients to a pot, blend with the Flex+ Immersion Blender attachment until smooth, then heat.

Salad Dressing

Ever wonder how to make salad dressing that stays mixed? Use the Flex+ Immersion Blender attachment and a tall, narrow container. This combination lets you add the oil and other ingredients at the same time and create a stable, emulsified dressing!

Apple Butter

Is it a snack? Is it a dessert? Either way, we love apple sauce. Leave the skin on the apples and roughly chop them. Simmer in a large pot with lemon juice, spices, and sugar to taste. When the apples are soft, use the Flex+ Immersion Blender attachment to create a smooth sauce. It’s also a great way to make apple butter.
