One-Pot Meals for Your Rockcrok Dutch Oven

Ceramic cookware like the Rockcrok® Dutch Oven is durable and made for everyday use. You can boil pasta or brown meat in it or put it in the oven for roasts. It can also go on your grill for cookouts or in the microwave for fast, convenient cooking.

Get more use out of your Dutch oven with these five one-pot meals. Each one is a reinvention of common weeknight dinner themes like chicken dinner, pasta night, taco night, or breakfast for dinner.

Rockcrok® Dutch Oven
We can sum up this five-star recipe in two words: Quick and easy. It comes together in about 20 minutes and only uses your microwave. It will make you rethink what it means to serve a microwave dinner.
Beef Stroganoff & Green Bean Casserole

Change up your typical chicken dinner. In this recipe, you use buttermilk biscuits instead of messing around with pie crusts. Then save even more prep time using frozen veggies. And though it’s great reheated for leftovers, many reviewers noted it’s usually gone in one sitting!

Chicken Pot Pie Chowder
When you have random ingredients in the fridge and aren’t sure what to make, try this savory bread pudding and add in what’s on hand. It’s perfect for making a one-pot breakfast for dinner. Our version calls for pepper, bacon, cheese, and spinach, but that’s just a starting point. Why not broccoli and sausage? Or zucchini and tomatoes? Anything goes.
Strata

If you typically have a pizza night and a pasta night during the week, this recipe will be a hit with your family because it’s the best of both worlds. The pizza sauce, peppers, pepperoni, and bubbly mozzarella toppings give this dish its pizza flavor that the whole family will love.

Free-Style Tacos

Try this no-recipe recipe. Here’s a no-fuss way to make taco filling in the microwave. Simply add ground beef, a chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion to your Rockcrok® Dutch Oven. Then sprinkle it all with taco seasoning (or our Tex-Mex Rub). Cover and microwave until the meat is no longer pink, about 7–9 minutes. Break the beef into crumbles halfway through, and then top with shredded cheese and place under the broiler for a minute or two. Serve with tortillas and whatever toppings you have.
