How to Make Korean BBQ At Home
A few simple recipes, helpful products, and unique ingredients make it easy to create a restaurant-quality experience right in your home. Here’s how to do it:

The meat is the star of the show, since that’s what’s being barbecued. There are lots of options—beef, chicken, and pork—and they’re all delicious, but bulgogi is especially popular. It’s a marinated sirloin that’s cut into thin, bite-sized pieces with a pair of Professional Shears.
